    1. Approve Minutes [March Meeting]

Mel Harwood motions to accept. Michelle Choi approves.

    b. Treasurer’s Report 

The popcorn sale raised a total of $9300 for the school; $7195 through the DoubleGood platform, and the remainder in direct donations via Give Lively.

Mel Harwood was the top seller. Michelle Choi asks how he did it. Mel says a strong network through union related activities, municipal work, etc.

The total PTA treasury balance is now over $15,000 - the highest cash balance we’ve had in the last 10 years.

Sam Posner refers back to the spring budget we discussed at the March meeting, which set aside a budget for class trips, 5th grade graduation, and a few other things. He says it’s exciting to consider what this fundraiser positions us to be able to do in the 2024-2025 school year

  1. 2024 DOE Survey (Due April 19th)

If you haven’t completed the DOE survey yet, ask Ms Jones for help. Everyone who fills out the survey enters a raffle to win a gift voucher from the PTA.
